 Hi All, I am sure you have eaten sabzi all your life, maybe not in some rare few days. Today I am watching a video of making the sabzi and sharing it with you. If you do not care about making it perfect but just want to make something because you can't tolerate the hunger i suggest. Take oil in pan add some spices in small quanitites fry then put the vegetables together. mix and let it cook for 2 min then put other low cooking vegies if any cook for 2 more minutes. Add salt turmeric garam masala or any other masala you wan to add. Then cook for 2 min/till you feel they are cooked and ready to eat.  Enjoy, if you end up making something edible that is. Masala Paniyaram recipe

  1   cup   suji / rava / semolina   (coarse) ▢ ½   cup   curd / yogurt ▢ ½   tsp   salt ▢ 1   cup   water ▢ 3   tsp   oil ▢ ½   tsp   mustard ▢ ½   tsp   urad dal ▢ ½   tsp   chana dal ▢ few curry leaves ▢ 1   chilli   (finely chopped) ▢ ½   tsp   ginger paste ▢ ½   onion   (finely chopped) ▢ 1   carrot   (grated) ▢ ½   capsicum   (finely chopped) ▢ 2   tbsp   coconut   (grated) ▢ 2   tbsp   coriander   (finely chopped) ▢ ½   tsp   eno / fruit salt ▢ oil for roasting INSTRUCTIONS   firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup suji. use coarse rava, else it will turn mushy. add ½ cup curd, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup water. mix well forming a smooth flowing consistency batter. do not worry if the batter is watery, as rava will absorb water. allow to rest for 20 minutes, or until the rava absorbs well. meanwhile, prepare masala by heating 3 tsp oil in a tawa. once the oil is hot, add ½ tsp mustard, ½ tsp urad dal, ½ tsp chana dal and few curry leaves. allow to splutter. now add 1 chilli, ½ tsp g

 Make red sauce For red sauce Ingredients: • Oil 2 tbsp • Garlic 5-6 cloves (sliced) • Onions 1 medium size (chopped) • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp • Tomatoes puree 2 cups • Sugar a pinch • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp • Oregano 1 tsp • Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp • Salt to taste • A pinch of black pepper Methods: • Set a sauce pan on low heat, add oil, garlic and onions, cook until onions are translucent. • Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and cook briefly on low flame for 10-15 seconds. • Now, add the tomato purée and the remaining ingredients, stir well and cook on medium high heat, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.  • Homemade red sauce is ready, keep it aside to be used later In the lasagna. Make white sauce For white sauce Ingredients: • Butter 30 gm • Refined flour 30 gm • Milk 400 ml • Salt to taste • A pinch of black pepper powder • Oregano ½ tsp • Nutmeg powder a pinch • Processed Cheese 50 gm Methods: • Set a pan on medium low heat, add butter and let it
